Hello, War-father NovaPaddy !!!!!
First off..... I do like your new game Putin. I just played 24 hours straight as Russia. Yes, i don't think he's that terrible considering the shinanigans the USA used to pull on the old soviet union with invading their air space on a regular basis.
Now, I did run into some problems:
problem 1: I played for about 12 hours before i had to spacial save and shut down the game to do some real computer work. When i was done with the real crap and i went to return to the game, I got the Critical Error box stating that i had a bunch of Critical Errors. It's in some log, but i don't know where that log is. SO if you would know where that log is located at. I'll copy and paste it so you can see what the "Critical Errors" were.
Now, I did use the F12 key and give myself a whole bunch of extra money so i could buy a bunch of IC's and research and infrastructure. Just so i could build stuff and update stuff at the same time. I ended up with enough IC's to have 500+ for both Updates and production.
The game never crashed. It just ran kinda slower than in most other mods. Maybe this one is more trying on the game engine than most mods.
Problem 2: no matter what attachments i put with the Tactical Bombers for Russia. The unit icon stated they should have a range of 2500 and when i built any of them i had a range of ZERO
Very disappointed with that aircraft.
3rd Item..... I'm sorry but i forgot where in the game files the "Saved Games" are located at. I was doing autosave on a monthly basis so i have a crap-load of silly saved Games for 45 game years. I'd like to know where the "Saved games are stored so i can delete all of the monthly saves except the last month and the current month' with the 4 saved that i made.
Other than those problems, Putin is a very nice game. Although, I couldn't figure out what countries actually were in NATO in the game. I thought Turkey was but they were very very aggressive. So was the Ukraine.
So thanks again for a very nice and pretty stable DH mod, Nova Paddy as usual Kudo's to the rest of your team as well. You all did a very nice job with this.

I have fixed the attachment, so hopefully in the next version this problem will not happen again. I will now go back and review that aircraft in case I have missed something.
Critical Errors are kept in the savedebug.txt file found in the main game folder, near the bottom. It is just a text file. But when you reload the game, you wipe the savedebug file.
Yeah, I worry about the E3 map being so big and with so many provinces, is that the main reason for the game being slow? I'm not a programmer, so I don't know. All I can do is keep finding and fixing and living in hope.
Yeah NATO, I didn't want to have NATO as always being available, so I was hoping that for most of the time, a country at war is on its own, but NATO should have some chance to intrude on a good war.
Saved Games are found in the scenario folder/save_game folder.
If you get a Critical Error next time, just Control Alt Delete and you should see a message pop up box. Please tell me what the message says.

1. Zöölön (province 3761) should be Mongolian, not Russian.
2. North Korea - it should have the same cores and claims as South Korea, so you should add as cores Seoul (1199), Chuncheon (1198) and Changbai (2333).
3. Surinam - Surinam claims some land of its neighbors, concretely on Pililipou (5420) in French Guyana and Red Cliff (3889) in Guyana.
4. Panama Canal (province Balboa id 889) since 1999 is under control of Panama.
5. Jaunlatgale (province 3289) should be in Russia, not Latvia.
Graphics:
1. Nepal - (only shield) shield could be fixed, it contains greenish pixels along its edges.
2. Myanmar - (shield + flag) it uses an old flag in game, it should be this flag: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Flag_of_Myanmar.svg

IMPORTANT:
The Turning Point mod (E3 map) recommended using the 4GB patch. See: http://www.ntcore.com/4gb_patch.php
I have used it and have had no problems with it whatsoever.
It might help with your pc's memory dealing with all those 8000 provinces in the E3 map.
Extract it and then open. It will ask for a file, choose Darkest Hour.exe (not the Launcher).

Here i come! I've previously attached a file with all ministers and their images so they won't be necessary to add one more time. As for the ministers it would be good for Law and Justice and Civic Platform except two things:
If Law and Justice wins Minister of Security would be Zbigniew Ziobro (66521 in my minister file) and head of intelligence would be Mariusz Kaminski (66524)
If Civic Platform wins just head of intelligence would be different - Maciej Hunia (66506)
What about Kukiz? I'm going to write it down with whole event. I think so.
There are only three options in your event, i wrote ministers for almost every possible party which participated in latest elections, it would be a shame.
I would like to give player more options to decide from left to right. Lot of outcomes.

I had about 24 new governments to do and I've about half of them done already. Luckily Poland is so big I was leaving it til last. So, I will gladly look at what you have given to me and add it. I'll check your events as well.
