etc/Hi all! ...
Here is the timeline I have come up with the potential Breakup of Pakistan Scenario, if you approve, I will work on writing the events to this during the week and then send it for your approval/corrections. I am also working on creating events from 2015 to the present as well. If this is too much or something let me know and I will work to scale it down.
Breakup of Pakistan Timeline
May 2018: Pakistan’s next General Election: in a shocking rejection of continued war against the Taliban and a result of an effective grass-roots effort to rally rural populations with the simple idea that to vote for their party would be a vote for their faith while a vote for the opposition would be a vote for corruption, an extreme right wing coalition (JP Party) has seized power.
Oct 2018: The JP leadership has launched peace talks with the Taliban, causing protests across major Pakistani cities which have suffered heavily from terrorist attacks since 2007. Army leadership is frustrated by the order to stand down in the Tribal Areas and cities
Jan 2019: Per peace negotiations, the JP Prime Minister orders the Army to withdraw its soldiers from FATA and to return troops to their barracks in all the cities and move the Pakistan Rangers out of Karachi security operations.
April 2019: Despite several bombings, the government finally signs a peace treaty with the Taliban, the Pakistan Taliban will stop targeting the state in exchange for constitutional reforms which will enshirne a policy of de-secularization across all Pakistani institutions and systems of government. Once the details of the constitutional changes are defined, Parliament will vote to accept or reject the deal
July 2019: In defiance to the Army and urban opposition, parliament passes the peace deal
3 Days Later: During the Army Chief’s monthly Corps Commanders meeting, the generals agree to suspend the constitution and take control of the state, some corps commanders sympathetic to the government secretly leak the news to them
Next Week: The 111th Inf. Brigade launches the coup in the capital (as it has in all Pakistan’s previous coups) but fails to capture senior ministers, the PM, or senior party officials, who had secretly fled to Karachi hours before the operation occurred.
Sep 2019: Civil War seems to be in full swing, soldiers and officers sympathetic to JP and democracy have defected or signed up for the civil government forces. However, the Pakistan Army and its most powerful Corps Commanders have established control over Peshawar, Islamabad, Lahore, and territory north of Karachi, Pakistan Kashmir is also under military control. The JP Government, in Karachi, has made an alliance with the secular but pro-democracy PPP and MQM Parties, while they disagree on policies, all agree on the principle that the democratic system should not be overthrown. In Baluchistan, the JP government has also allied with Taliban and Baluch rebel groups. They have control over Karachi, Quetta, and Western Sindh.
Feb 2020: The Corps Commander in Peshawar refuses to transfer more of his men east and hass created a new faction in the civil war. The Army HQ in Islamabad accepts an uneasy truce between it and Peshawar Corps.
March 2020: Religious minorities flee towards Army controlled territories, especially Lahore, where sectarian violence is aggressively put down.
May 2020: JP Party in Karachi is destroyed by an MQM-PPP militant coup , the JP government and Islamists in Karachi, flee to Quetta, creating a new faction. Baluchistan bolstered by large influx of trained manpower and new equipment brought by fleeing JP members
Sep. 2020: IV Corps in Lahore follows Peshawar’s example and refuses to transfer its troops to the Army HQ command as it seeks to deter Indian aggression, sectarian violence, and Karachi infiltration into southern Punjab. Army HQ accepts another uneasy truce
June 2020: Army HQ consolidates control over the Kashmir corps as it fears they might follow the IV Corps example, Kashmir essential for strategic depth
During Civil War Peshawar faction controls 10 nuclear weapons, Islamabad 50, Lahore 15, Karachi 8. The Army factions officially agree that it will only use nuclear weapons in case of hostile foreign intervention in Pakistan’s civil war. All the factions agree to not use their nuclear weapons against any former Pakistan territory. As the civil war progresses into an all-out conflict
Once the conflict picks up in intensity, the temptation will exist for these factions to either use nuclear weapons (which would result in all the other factions turning on it), or to secretly sell nuclear weapons for cash/arms. There is also a risk for violent groups to seize the weapons for their own use. The US, China, and Russia are also potentially interested in supporting factions and in securing the nuclear weapons. I didn’t include these potential foreign intervention events in my timeline but they will be there.
In terms of factions: I see a Peshawar Faction working with the pro-democracy Karachi faction against the JP-Party in Baluchistan/Taliban. The JP Party could probably work to get Saudi support in order to not just resist its neighbors but to also begin the process of re-capturing the state, as Saudi Arabia could benefit from an extreme right wing party ruling Pakistan in terms of acquiring a nuclear umbrella and in creating an eastern front against Iran. Iran could easily be supporting the Peshawar Faction, Russia the Karachi faction, China/US the Islamabad faction as well as the Lahore faction. Even India could probably support the Lahore Faction in order to create a small buffer state between India and Pakistan.
Official Names for the factions (I would need 4 Tags):
Tag: ?: Peshawar Faction: Khyber Republic
Tag: ?: JP Faction: Islamic Nation of Baluchistan
Tag: ?: Karachi Faction: Democratic Republic of Pakistan
Tag: Pak, Islamabad Faction: Islamic Republic of Pakistan (they would probably try to restore the state under military rule)
Tag: ?: Lahore Faction: Islamic Republic of Punjab
Please tell me, if I write a new event where you need to enter ID? in events_text or mods? (both in the config file). I would like to write and to test them on MDS, but if I write them,or they don't happen (no errors, just doesn't happen) or the game doesn't start(also without any errors).

understand me correctly, I'm not saying that "all Russia is doing is right." No. The Russians came to the Balkans, played a major role, but made a lot of mistakes. Russian Emperor brought the of officers from Bulgaria, was bombed from the sea, some cities etc. Conflict and friendship changed each other. Now, among the military, the most popular slogan is the saying of Emperor Alexander III: "Russia has two allies - army and fleet". Under these words recently laid a new nuclear submarine. Those are the mood now.

I understand the General principle, but have two questions. I need an event has affected 4 countries (Niger, Nigeria, Chad, Cameroon), in the "event"I write country = { NIG CAM U84 U94 } But an error occurs (in savedebug hunts that the error in the line **) What's wrong? Separately, this event works (country = CAM [this option has worked]) How can I get one event for many countries? Where to see the tags of the countries in mds? (I looked in scenario/2003)
Well I am also struggling with this command? Are you sure that "persistence = yes" is really needed.
Savedebug always tells me that there is an error.
I found this event in DH Full:

And 999984 was triggered by event 999985. Nevertheless I do not know, if this event has triggered for all Nations in the TAG
How to do that in a specific province appeared the rebel army? As it was implemented in Syria.
