I do not know if this subject has been treated but...as it is that ceuta appears under dominion of Morocco?

Morocco must have a claim on this territory, the last year were tensions with respect to the Spanish small barren island called "parsley" that is to the environs of ceuta.

Ceuta has been renamed to Tangier, since most of the land in the province belongs to Morocco (just not the city).

but also they are in that province under Spanish sovereignty: Melilla, rock velez of the gomera, islands chafarinas and rock of lavenders. If it is by the size that giant Gibraltar it occupies the province of Cadíz.



This way Spain controls 0 of the Straits of Gibraltar, when it can be closed with Tarifa and Ceuta

I know, but having almost all of the land in the province is more important in HoI than those two important cities. It also makes it so that Morocco is shaped correctly.
