Modern Day Scenario for HoI 2

i downloaded the scenario and it looks great...only one problem...

when i load the game (as the U.S.) the vixtory screen shows up immediately and says my coalition is victorious...even though it only have 300 or so VP(or colaitions have plenty of points)...

how will i be able to change this condition so i can actually play the scenario?

lol, IIRC didnt the mod do an april fools last year that the mod was banned in China because it portrayed Taiwan as being independent?

The names that we use for countries in MDS are the short forms. It would get quite unwieldy to use names such as the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, German Federal Republic, United Mexican States, and so on.

I have installed the mod but its sooooo slow. When paused its all ok but when i start the time its getting sooo sooo slow. I have 2ghz 1giga ram so i really dont understand why.

Unfortunately,we have megalag, but use 1.2 patch wich reduces it a lot, so if you are running 1.3 or higher you might get this

1.2-re kell installálni, de ha úgy gondolod, adhatsz egy email címet is ,és elküldöm neked az 1.2-es verziójú exe-t. Azt csak be kell másolnod és máris jobb.EDIT : részvétem a mododnak, biztos király lett volna (de egyedül tényleg nehéz).

Just a thought, but could sprites be made for MDS2? There's a guy called gwalcamai doing sprites for 1914 mod, which's first release is out so he perhaps has some time now...

Hi guys,

i just downloaded the beta and took a look at the game and at the event files.

It is all pretty cool but what failes is:

The event chain for the new lands coming in the Eu

A big event chain wich finally brings to Europian Union Federation

I supplicate someone that is able to write down the event to do it: for me it is not so important if it comes or not in the next release of the game, i can also have it as single, but i think it would interest a lot of people.

I think, 2007 would be a fine year for starting the chain, beginning, mabe, with the fusion between germany, france, luxembourg, belgium and holland, to form a first core of European Union, and then more and more getting in the Union to finally have a great Federal Union, on the model of what is programmed for the future.

I am at complete disposal for anything that i can help with, only, i am not a good modder, i have poor bases and porr knowledges.

I really beg you to do this, it would be soooooooooo coool!

With a common military? With a common President/Prime minister? What would happen to Elizabeth II? Do you really think that France or UK will give their sovereignity away?
Out of 25 nations only 12 use euros;anti-EU opinions are spreading throuhg out the union.
the US style nation is far, far away...

Just to have clarification. Does the MDS work on HOI2 1.3b or HOI2 1.2? Your clarification and suggestion would make it a lot easy for me to play the mod. Please help.

MDS works on 1.2 and 1.3, but we recommend 1.2 because it is much faster. It slows down to nearly unplayable speed when using 1.3.
