Just a few questions

I would take it we would be using full mobilisation of all reserve and territoial units, along with the full time forces as a starting point for the military strength of each nation at the start of the game.

What formula is going to be used to calculate the manpower available for each country?

With full mobilisation it will be necessary to reform divisions that in many cases have not existed since WW2, so with the army OOB would it be in order to add these divisions??

How many tanks are we assuming make up an armoured div??

UK has around 350 challenger2 MBT is service with a further 300 challenger1 is storage.

With ENG, AA and ART regiments are these to be added to divs and treated as additionl brigades as per standard HOI?

Sorry about all the questions just trying to get everything clear.

Who is collating all the OOB's, and keeping track of what has been completed?

Would it be possible to post a list of what has been done and what is still required?

Marty is managing them I suppose, I was going to suggest after we got a few more, but if it would help you Marty should compose a list in the first post. Perhaps it could be similar to my Propaganda poster post stating which ones have the basic numbers, which ones have detailed divisions and which ones are coded?

Yes, I am managing the OOBs. The first post does have a list of all the OOBs we have.

I will set-up a system like your prop poster post.

Many things recently are being done in Polish Land forces. The old T-55's where scraped and PT-91's take there place, with the T-72's being magorly modernized. New 125mm Ammunition is currently under development. M3 Carl Gustav has replaced a good deal of the RPG-7V. 84mm AT4(M128 LAW in US Military) has been given on the squad level. Beryl Assault Rifle replaced all the PMKM Rifles. New NT Spike ER, and LR missiles to replace the Fagot Missiles(Get the 1st shipments of Spikes in this year, and then we will make our own). F-16 come in soon. Many naval ships recieved from US. PPZR GROM SAM replace Strzela Shoulder launched SAM. We in negotiation to buy US HMMWV, and We recently choose Finnish Patia to be replacment IFV.

Our arms industry also has recieved some new jobs from India and Indonesia. We are modernizing Indian T-72's and supplying Indonesia with some newer arms. Heh since tests showed our new electronics cant be jammed by US or British systems they have high demand.

I will see some other documents and get back to you later. This is from top of my head.

Can you specify the exact corrections you think are needed for the coded Polish OOB on the first post? Just what needs to be added or changed, you don't have to rewrite all that code or anything, or write any code at all.

That's really impressive that you could name all that off the top of your head.

Well It may take me a little while, but I will recomend you something soon. Also it depends on the scale your mod will be, are you keeping division base, or makeing it smaller. I always felt the game should be done in Brigades but that may have been just me.

Not really all that impressive to name off the top of my head, standard stuff I see everyday really. And I have alot of time to review documents now that the 16th Airborne Battalion was detachted from the Iraq mission.

Brigade-sized units wouldn't work for the Asian war due to so many damn units. It was already discussed and I simply can't see how China and North Korea would manage their millions of soldiers at a brigade level.

Anyway, feel free to represent independant brigades and whatnot as attached brigades (engineer usually since they have +defense) or combine them into divisions. Take your time, the Polish OOB corrections aren't really needed immediately.

added: I missed your signature earlier, that explains something.
