Well...in agceep correctly there is the event of the loss of ferrara so in 1597/1599 Modena losed the fleet but in 1755 there was the wedding with the duchess of massa (it is in tuscany) and again modena could reach the sea :D
is there a way to make emilia (in eu2) and romagna(agceep) before 1597 and after 1755 a costal province?

AFAIK Emilia just had its port removed because Parma never had a port. At least that's what it said in the update page.

As for Romagna....I really don't know. But I don't think it has ever been a coastal province.

In EU2 the capital of the province of Romagna is, AFAIK, the city of Bologna. Having been to Bologna, I can tell you that they don't have a port :)

As for Modena (I'm sure you know this already), but here it is on the map:

Doesn't look very close to the ocean.

in eu2 modena is in emilia but in agceep it's in romagna.in emilia there is parma :D
