I'm trying to recreate an AAR I saw on this board some time ago, in which the USA declares war on every nation in the world in Feb., 1936. The problem I'm having is everytime I reload the game the peacetime modifier is in effect until the first day rolls over. Is there any way to edit out this peacetime modifier? Does it have no effect since I got full IC credit when the previous day rolled over, and it is reset to start the next day?

I've looked for events I could simply fire, and I've also tried to DoW the US with Japan, but the modifier seems hardcoded until the Gearing Up for War events fire. I could not find any way to simply manually fire these events.

On a related question, I recall there was a Total War mod in which, in Jan. 1936 every nation was at war with every other nation. Does anyone have a link to this mod?

Thanks
