I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong and can't find answers searching online, but every time I try to upload this mod I made to steam it just says "Your mod failed to publish." Could use some help?

I was not sure if Steam is really responsible for that, that is why I went here.

Do you want to update the mod or to publish a new one?
If you want to publish a new one and it is not working:
Check if you manifest is valid and that you have a working thumbnail, that also shows In-game.
If you want to update your mod, you need to make sure your game is Synced with Steam.
If its not synced, you can not publish a update.
I have that problem currently, I contacted Paradox support.
I will now try to update the game for the DLC that got released, if it works, i notify you too.
If it does not work, I will give you also information that i got in the Paradox support.
