[modding] Translation doesn't work correctly

Hi,

After various tries, I think there is an issue with the translation file for the mods.
Only English translation works, I tried with the other languages but no effect.

I use the file from Fish Factory mod with CSV structure

id,English,France,German,Spanish,Portuguese,Russian,Polish,Chinese
#TEXT_ID,My text,Mon texte,[...]

Only English text works in-game. Where is the problem ?

The id's for other languages are actually:

English,French,German,Spanish,Portuguese,Russian,Polish,Chinese

I'll get that fixed in the next update to mod tools.
