Has anyone tried modding the map in the demo? Would anyone be willing to make a super-guide on how it's done in step-by-step detail? I tried it in Sengoku and just couldn't get it to work.

I've done some tweaking with provinces around the Levant area. From what I've seen so far, the the provinces.bmp and rivers.bmp are the same as they are in EU3: Divine Wind. What's changed from DW, ( I think, atleast) is the positions.txt file. The entries now look like this:

The only entry I've had to change is the first two 000.000 numbers, which represent X and Y positions for the city sprite. At a guess, some of the other numbers positions the unit sprite and text centre. And like in Divine Wind you have to vertically flip the province map to get the correct positions, and then flip it back.

Hope this helps a bit. I'm not the best at explaining things. :)
