Is there a way to mod the aggressiveness of the AI? I find it a bit too passive for my liking and its causing long periods of peace that's generally boring :p. Actually i should clarify, there's plenty of wars going on, but they never seem to attack me. In almost 200 years of gametime i've only had 2 wars that i can remember that was declared on me, that's 1 per century, a bit realistic especially during this time period.

Does it have anything to do with perhaps i just have superior numbers so the AI doesn't attack? Im playing as Byzantium and I understand smaller countries not invading me, but what about the middle eastern superpowers? They're comparable in size to me and they're the only ones that actually attacked and not nearly enough, only twice in two centuries, i'm always the one attacking them.

So anyway if anyone knows the file location to tweak AI aggressiveness towards the player i'd appreciate it.

Relative troop strength is one of the things they look at, yeah. If you aren't losing all of your armies constantly like the AI is, they're never going to declare war on you, and most players on even field with an AI can take on countries with several times the number of troops the player has.

Maybe it's time to up the difficulty level instead of aggressiveness? Having the AI constantly send weaker armies at you would probably make the game easier for you rather than harder, so the difficulty level might be the way to go.
