Modding scenario's to last longer?

I'd like the 1914 scenario to last longer to include ww2 if it's possible, does anyone know of a mod or a way I can change the scenario file myself?

Click on the scenario you want i.e 1914 go to note pad click on it scroll down to near the bottom you will see the end date just change to what date you want it to end
