OK, don't know if this board gets much traffic, but I have to try.

Is is possible to edit the range of a culture from Short range to Long Range? And if so, how?

Also, how does one make resources other than precious metals attractive to immigrants? (IE, I want immigrants to move to more places in the US than just states with precious metals. Maybe oil?)

Unfortunately it is not possible. But, it is possible to use a user defined long-range culture tag instead, and change all references to the former short-range culture tag to the new one.

Unfortunately I don't think that is possible.
