You mean a totally new type of holding ? (so not a castle, temple, city) Or just f.e. more castles (or cities or bishoprics) in 1 province ?

A totally new type. I know how to add more of them, just curious if I could make new types of holdings, as I need at least 2 more for a project I'm working on.
Also, as a random question, could I add some kind of new stat like piety/prestige/gold? I'd assume that'd take some interface modding too, if it's possible.

No i haven't tried because i was thinking that the same problem would probably occur. I presume there hardcoded - well the definition of the type.

Yeah, in /common/governments.txt (all commented out), the default holy order barony is a castle, whereas I would like to put in a priory or something.
