I have been adding operatives with actual photographs to Germany and several other majors to add more realism. My challenge is not finding the right way to add experience to those operatives from the beginning (or by an event for that matter). For an an army or navy commander, we know to boost the skill level in the OOB but that doesn't seem to work for operatives. No matter the traits -- and they had to earn them somehow -- I cannot add requisit experience.
I have scoured the wiki, the forum, and other resources but cannot find a way, a command, etc.
If anyone has found a way to do this for operatives, please let me know. If not, Paradox, please add a way for us to mod this in the future.
