I am attempting to replicate the raise militia spell with infantry, archers, pikemen, and cavalry. After discovering how hardcoded the spell was, I decided to make a workaround. I plan to use the dark ritual spell condition (summon nearby units) to replicate the maintenance, but I can't figure out how to make the summon dependent on the city. My current thought process is to make one effect for every race, and set a condition for activation based on the city's race, but I can't find a city condition check.
Does one exist, or is there a better way? Thank you for your time.
