How far are client states moddable? Do files related to them exist somewhere in the game folder or are they rather hard-coded? I'm especially interested in changing CS's monarch and leader names into native ones, because for me it's the whole point of creating client state - to form a new, vassal-like state ruled by the local elites, not by some clerks imported from the overlord.
