Okey wtf is this its mid 1940 i gain 0.49 manpower everyday that is all time low im always at 0 manpower so i cant build anything is this normal??

I think these things with cavalry and so are important for player, as he (me :) ) can easily exploit it. I'm able to field HUGE cavalry and infantry armies with china while I must produce negliable amount of supplies (for ships mainly).
I also think that the manpower reduction is really not necessary for countries like China :)

What country do you play? And yes, it is normal. Once you are in war you should gain more manpower.

I need some testers for the brand new AI I've just finished for mod33.
Precisely I need some experiences for German testing while the East war.
I've reajusted all majors AI, therefore it could change the way mod33 runs...

the formation of Austria-Hungary prevents the annexation of Austria by Germany, right?

Also, does Germany, if the Kaiser returns, even get the option of annexing Austria?

Yes it does. I dont think so, At least when I played as Austria-Hungary I never got any events dealing with the annextion of Austria, and I neither got any "real" 2. world war. :(

For the first question, no it doesn't prevent an annexation. 3 pathes are possible, 1) Germany allies with A-H 2) Germany annex A-H 3) A new Sadowa conflict takes place.

For the second question, yes it is possible but in 1939.

jep my problem was the NTL included used the one wich is jused for TNW (believe the same as mod34) now it works well, cant wait to make a greater holland :p
