I don't think so. Mod33 lets you play alternative paths. Day of Decision lets you play without alternative paths.

the difference between day of decision and mod33 is that mod33 already exists for arma and has tons of events but in french. mod33 most likely has far more historical alternatives.

Maybe not so, 'no'. Germany had started circumventing the constraints of Versailles long before Hitler came to power and a reamament program was already under way before he arrived as chancellor. There's a great little book detailing that if you can get hold of it: Wilhelm Diest, The Wehrmacht and German Rearmament.

yeah the plan from general von seeckt from 1925. it was about an attack army of 2 million soldiers which was more or less the strength of the german army when the war started. well, von seeckt thought that germany should attack around 48... but in 1939 germany was more or less bankrupt so they had to attack to get for example the gold from norway. an old joke during that times: right behind the german tank directly follows the dresdner bank
