Mod Won't Function...

...which is frustrating, as I've always wanted to give C.O.R.E. a try. If I can get 1914 to work, I can get any mod to work - except this one, I get the following error upon startup:

I've read the forums, attached .pdf but see no reason why a game using mod-dir would encounter this.

Problem has been solved, I look forward to giving C.O.R.E. a nice run through...as...Austria!
