How about landmark sites for things like probes that you can build monuments on?

Hello,

I have seen that completed techs in research panel goes greyish. I don't know is there anyone like me who usually mistaken in videoblogs as if colored techs were the ones which had been completed. I would like to have a mod, changes this color issue to vice-versa. To me, it'd be better to see techs, which are already completed in color. I could be wrong, correct me if I'm wrong.

One other idea that I had that was interesting would be an apocalypse mod. You have a lot of early resources and several rockets in orbit full of people at the start of the game, but after that there's no more help from Earth. You're on your own. This could also be a form of generational colony ship and flavor you colonizing a planet around Alpha Centauri instead of Mars, as you're still cut off from Earth.

Hello again,

This is my second post, under this heading, after the entry 26th. I don't think casino is the first choice of the scientists to have fun in Earth. Maybe a mod, changing casino building into some cultural complex such as library, cinema or theatre can give us a bit comfort about reality. I like cuteness to a certain point, but casino is like a joke I'm afraid. As an addiction to replace gambling addiction or drawback, using this cultural complex maybe can cause insomnia?

You are bringing colonists from Earth to Mars, which are not just Scientists, but Casinos are more Tourist attractions so hopefully that means we'll be able to build Tourist hubs, either on release, through mods or of the DLCs.

Well, you are right about some tourists who like to go casinos. It is true there are whole cities filled with them but, isn't having tourists something else? I mean there is a building which I must build to satisfy some colonists. In some Susie and Nikki's videoblog, it has been told that scientists like gambling. In order to satisfy them I have to build it. There is no alternative. Plus, it has quite a lot appealing benefits. If casinos would be for tourists and I don't have to build but for fun, it is OK. I haven't read any scientist having addiction to go casinos. Do you see my point?

When you put it that way it indeed does not make a whole lot of sense. Scientists are one of the least likely classes of people to gamble money away.

For our lovely Nerd / Geek Scientists i prefer the "Big-Bang-Theory"-Style "Comicbookstore" as an aera for shopping, socializing and "gambeling" (tabeltop games)

Seems like we have something to Mod in :D
