Part two of the Lahmian preview:
My new daughter turned out to not be quite successful.. I have her killed to set an example to the rest. The Sisterhood has high standards, failure is not an option.
The troops have arrived, generally in increments of 35 or so.. since it's a king tier, and the seduction progress has just begun. The trickle can greatly increase, however, the more agents you send out and the better they are.
But now for the second part of the system. Lahmians are known infiltrators, but they do not just manipulate the rulers, their presence can be felt in entire provinces. You can (localisation pending, apparently!) establish a Lahmian presence for 100 gold in a province:
It'll be described as a "secret cabal", which can be used for other non vampire purposes too. Which hunters do not immediately get called and the ruler does not get informed of this - he suspects something is wrong, but since Lahmians are so careful, it is random whether or not a witch hunter gets on their trail.
These holdings give income:
As do your agents on missions...
But there is always a risk. Witch Hunters CAN discover your secret hide-outs, and that's why you need to assign some Lahmian Protectors to get rid of snooping Witch Hunters before they alarm the authorities. Any courtier with martial of 10 or above can become a Lahmian protector. How it works is, if a witch hunter randomly finds a holding, he will get a duel event triggered with a random lahmian protector - therefore it s best to make these protectors vampires, and even give them some magical weapons. If the witch hunters lives, or even escapes, he will alert the temple and the holding wil be destroyed.
Lahmians as mentioned can also seduce anyone with the human trait, using normal WoL seduction mechanics. So far there is one great catch to this: If your lover is unlanded, you can actually attempt to invite him to your court (again, depending on his traits and his parents tier, your traits, and your intrigue). He will become Vampiric Religion and a loyal minion, and disinherited naturally - but the catch is, he keeps his claims

So if you wanted to install a Lahmian puppet to rule over Kislev - incidentally perhaps, after making him your vampire son so you can call on him in wars - that would probably be a good idea!
Future plans for Lahmians include:
-Generic flavor events, and witch hunters tracking you down and fighting duels with you when on missions
-A Lahmian Feast event
-Sending you Lahmian Protectors on offensive missions, to hunt down the most dangerous witch hunters (those with the highest learning)
-A "Lahmian Terror" variable; the more of your schemes/holdings are uncovered, the more the temples will begin to fear Lahmian infiltrations, and eventually make an armed prepared invasion against you. The counter goes down over time, but if it reachs a high level, these invasion events are triggered, and the counter is reset if you lose. If you win, the counter remains high, and another invasion may follow. It may therefore become necessary at some point to give up Silver Peaks, let the temples sack it, and start over elsewhere.
-A questline to reclaim the Kingdom of Lahmia from the Tomb Kings. Claims wil be given via a decision for money/prestige that might also involve volunteers showing up like a prepared invasion mechanic, but when you attack, all the tomb kings will join their brethren to resist you.
