The leader of the house of Lords is not the President of the Council. Is that correct?

Also the heirs of Scotland should be Duke of Rothesay, just like the Duke of Cornwall.

I somehow completely forgot the Duke of Rothesay :wacko:

I had to lift the president of the council restriction temporarily because it was causing another issue that I had to look into.

Also the game runs, most of the times, fine starting with the 1455 scenario, during peace and war. Atleast smoother than it was with the baron naming system. But the other scenarios are still the same, except during war(no mega war). Really weird.

I will see what I can dig up when I start working on the other start dates.

New version is up - bug fixes. Not sure if it is save-game compatible or not.

I will be posting a "lite" version some time this weekend which uses vanilla naming - it cuts out thousands of events. It runs smooth for me but If the computer rig is not the same for you it could slow down dramatically.

Is anyone else's game freezing on the 17th of September, 1422 I can't get more than a month into the game from the earliest start date.

EDIT: I can get past that date mow but it freezing again around every month for several minutes.

Yep. I also used the file again posted a page ago to disable naming of barons. In the 4.0 version it worked and made the game run smoother. Now that even doesn't work. Maybe you could also release a 'medium' version for those that want to use naming system for earls and duke, but not for lower tiers, since my computer can handle that.

I can do that. At work now but when I get home I will try and get a lite version asap. I suspect the latest update may have broken something else.

Will you implement the Scottish Parliament for future versions? It is basically a parliament composed of three estates, the clergy, the nobles and, according to wiki, Burgh commissioners. The last could be represented with Lairds.

Do you have any dlc not enabled? Or any other mods checked? I haven't seen them messed up.

Indeed, Scotland will have a parliament. I am going to get the general mechanic working the way I want first in England and then I will transfer it and customize it to Scotland.

I have a much speedier version coming out tomorrow afternoon. For everyone who is getting really bad lag it is due to the incredibly high number of events that the game checks for every 20 days (this should correspond to when you lag). Until I release the next version you can go use this hotfix which should help immensely.

Navigate to C:\Users\Michael\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod\wotr\common and replace THIS file.

Also a note to why the game seems to pause at other start dates - Because holding history isn't done the King tends to start with a couple hundred holdings that he has to decide what to do with. Apparently he likes to think about it. :laugh:

ok so is it just me or does the game always crash when i try click A county picture to build soming in it? and if i dont do that the game crashed every year now? Is the problem cause I'm not doing the 1455 start date ??

Yes, that is not intended.
