Dude that's awesome and if I remember correctly the mod author of PS is gone and you just have to give him credit by saying your using his mod but don't do what I say becuase I might be wrong
There is a line in the defines.lua which controls how much the AI takes prestige into account when choosing a spouse.
Here it is MARRIAGE_AI_PRESTIGE_VALUE = 0.75
Apparently values around 3.0 work quite well IIRC. This should sort out lowborn marriages to the King etc.

Yep that is one of two values I was tweaking.
I decided to just make my own. PS, traditionally, does not allow integration and they want comp patches for mods to be made/managed by them. Just gets too complicated sometimes. I already have 30 patterns done, it goes quick if you know your way around photoshop. Doesn't hurt that there are so many fantastic sites with information on the patterns etc.
Will you add Scottish clans? They should be in constant war with each other, look here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:15th-century_Scottish_clan_battles
Clans are there, mechanics are not. That will be addressed when England is done.
I don't know my way around creating custom Coa but if you could have a two headed eagle and a two leapord pattern I will love you forever
This sounds very impressive! Are you adding any events or flavour to the mod to give a War of the Roses type feeling? Not just about the war but about the period in Britain in general.
Something I thought might be interesting to see, would be feuding families joining opposing sides in a civil war for no other reason than to fight each other.
Once the major time consuming stuff is done, additional flavor events will be a priority.
Interesting idea, I will see if something like that is manageable.

Are you talking about portraits?
If you have the republic/merchant portrait dlc, then yes. If not, then no. I may include an additional fix for vanilla portrait users in the next download.
When can we expect the new version? Is this with Scotland updated with the right holdings?
Tomorrow, probably early afternoon. It will have some Scottish families but not allocated holdings. That is a very time consuming task and is not a priority right now (researching all the holdings).
