Is it intentional that Brugge is a de jure one province duchy? This is particularly weird in 867 scenario which doesn't have the Brugge Republic at the start.
---
Oran is not a playable republic because b_oran is missing. And b_sabaricid is set to the wrong dynasty ID (should be 1000091721). Fixed files
here, put in VIET Immersion/history/titles.
I also fixed the inexplicable error where a random Somali Patrician is the first leader of the Oran republic about 100 years before his birth, now it's the proper guy again (d_oran).
---
Whoever did that Yemen Republic is an idiot, so many errors in the files that all the claims of the Rassid Sayyids on the Shiite Caliphate are missing. Fixed files
here, put in VIET Immersion/history/characters.
---
And it seems I forgot to give the Amalfi Patricians cities which all other Patricians do have, so the Republic is still too weak. Remedied with
this file.
---
Just to be diligent... a changed Hamburg setup so it also starts with a city and a trade post for every Patrician. That makes all republics in 1066 equal.
Changes here.

I found the cause of that silly error.log entry
[internationalizedtext.cpp:753]: TEXT ERROR: The tag for $™t need another source of court intrigue.
Replace the 'smart quote'
’ in VIET_Assets\Latinokratia_localisation.csv on line 40 with an apostrophe
' and it goes away.
----
In VIET_Assets\Latinokratia_localisation.csv on line 47 the ; is missing after tag EVTDESCLatinEmpire.7
Same file, on line 66 EVTOPTBLatinEmpire.17 should be EVTOPTALatinEmpire.17

VIET_Immersion\history\titles\k_england.txt line 4 has
law = succ_elective, should be
law = succ_feudal_elective of course.
d_hereford.txt line 34, d_norfolk.txt line 4, d_northumberland.txt line 4 ditto.
Or perhaps
succ_tanistry?
d_ibadi.txt lines 3 and 12 and k_oman.txt line 2 also use
law = succ_elective which probably should be
law = succ_turkish_succession
