Hi folks, I've started to play Stellaris with the Star Trek Mod, and it's great, but now I have a serious problem. There are two free places for diplomats and I want to put them into the federation Window, so they can improve cohesion to reach another level. Every time when I convince a new member the rating is going down.
But I don't know how to open this window. I asked in another forum, and they told me normally there is an icon in the right upper corner. Sadly not in my game. A hotkey would be fine or is there another solution?
I have Posted a screenshot of my game and hope that someone can help me. This game is incredible, but the humans need this federation icon, otherwise I have to play as Borg. xD
Hi Midzoke, so a couple of things to note:
1) Federations from vanilla are changed to be "Alliances" in the STNC mod.
2) "The" Federation, as in the United Federation of Planets, doesn't use the Federation mechanic from vanilla so you don't need to assign envoys to improve Federation cohesion. Instead if you want to expand the UFP, you first form an Alliance with the member world and then you can invite them in to the Federation using the Federation Council institution.
3) You can access the Federation Council institution by going to the Edicts and Institutions page (F7 by default) and selecting the option on the right hand side.
