it comes from the latest Patrum Scuta version to reflect a more historical representation of the frequency of use of different colors. so, WAD. (apart the unsolved 1.06 vanilla bug using only 3 colours)
original code from Patrum Scuta.

Code:
	color = {

		{ 250 188 0 } #0 Or
		{ 231 231 231 } #1 Argent
		{ 172 4 10 } #2 Gueules (51% freq.)
		{ 38 38 38 } #3 Sable (24% freq.)
		{ 0 86 148 } #4 Azur (20% freq.)
		{ 22 111 13 } #5 Sinople (2% freq.)
		{ 172 4 10 } #6 Gueules
		{ 172 4 10 } #7 Gueules
		{ 172 4 10 } #8 Gueules
		{ 172 4 10 } #9 Gueules
		{ 172 4 10 } #10 Gueules
		{ 0 86 148 } #11 Azur
		{ 38 38 38 } #12 Sable
		{ 38 38 38 } #13 Sable

	}
I get the frequency bit, but there used to be different colors too: namely purple and orange. I liked the orange and I assumed that it was a mistake that they suddenly went missing.

I'll rework the whole coloring process once the main bug is fixed.

thx; but don't know if my opinion is the opinion off all :)

and an other question; could you implement the demesne laws of Ck2+ version? They seem to me mor balanced, because they have 5 options each; min/normal/medium/hard/absolute i guess.

I can do that. Also I allowed the primogeniture from low crown authority onwards.

I have 2 suggestions:
Alot of the double relation boosts or penalties should be fixed. For example my relation with the pope is modified by -30 due to the fact that he is: - 15 for tolerant and -15 for Church view on tolerant. Alot of double relations boosts or penalties seem to have been fixed since your patches but alot still remain.
Secondly CKII+ has a nice features by which all of the Muslim's titles like maurentania are named after the dynasty that rules them.

Both fixed for next version.

Well, perhaps at least require having high prestige or high crown authority? I like how I can't immediately switch away from elective/gavelkind on the first day.

I will set a 500 prestige requirement. Or a scaled one.

It's meant to be difficult to switch to primogeniture succession because it's a rather powerful succession law and giving it away too easily removes a lot of the challenge of managing your dynasty. Frankly, if you have to fight lots of succession/reunification wars after every ruler's death then you did something wrong while your ruler was still alive. Another downside of making primogeniture easily accessible is that it helps your vassals amass power over time. Once all your counts/dukes/kings have switched to primo they tend to grow stronger with each generation and before you know it you rule over a bunch of super-dukes with lots of ambitions...and that's even less pleasant than succession wars, imho.

Maybe I can restrict it from medium crown authority onwards, I'm working on it at the moment.

The way they are assigned eludes me. They aren't on any vanilla event so I'm not sure why they don't get assigned. If someone can give me an insight I'll fix it for next version.

If you mean the shape/frame of the CoAs the credit isn't mine, but they are cool indeed.

While I'm still not sure how the martial traits are actually assigned, I tried deleting the mods "traits" folder outright, and that solved it. Maybe there is some sort of vanilla problem with multiple trait files, perhaps regarding the order they are read? I couldn't say for sure, but I suspect a solution could be found there.

edit: a bit of further testing revealed that if you use the vanilla 00_traits.txt the traits get assigned properly. Something within the mod version of that one must have broken it.

Is a female ruler supposed to be able to take part in tournaments (does this happen in vanilla?)? I just entered as my duchess and she won the jousting tournament, which was actually quite funny.

Oh, and is is the investiture contest CB male only?

In addition to the above, with my duchess, I had the event in which a woman arrives at my court with a child claiming it was mine.

Couple things to note:
- I am playing as a custom character, a German in Transylvania, and I had to choose to be either a Guelph or Ghibelline, I think the event should check if your top_liege is holding the HRE.
- I've played two games recently: in the first every single rival/friend event was positive and I had friends everywhere. In this one every single one has been negative and I can't do anything because everyone in the realm has a -100 relationship with me. What are the triggers for whether you get a friend or enemy?

Thanks, I fixed both.

EDIT: Also, I modestly suggest you to play as a romanian impaler character, you have high chances to get the "Dracul" nick I created. Just throwing it out there :)

EDIT2: Apparently I extended it to the whole south_slavic culture group.

So close, I am a German impaler and I just managed to yank Transylvania out from under my idiot liege.

Started up the newest version of the mod, only to find 95% of the world's COA to be changed, and only having gold and red. The Muslims all had COAs that were blue and gold. Is this intentional?
