Why do you need to be independent to form the Kingdom of Frisia? It seems that for all other king-level titles in the HRE you don't need to be independent, but for Frisia you do. Is this intended?

I've tried changing it myself but when I delete independent = yes from landed_titles.txt it just messes the whole game up (everyone has wrong CoAs and it still says I need to be independent). Oh well.. Guess I'm not modder material :p

It makes more sense to be independent as it would be in the context of establishing an independent Frisian (or Dutch) state.

I was happily inviting characters to fill my council, when my aged character died. To my surprise, so did everyone to whom an invite was sent. On the same day, for no particular reason. Is this a vanilla bug or something you can look at?
Has the mortality rate of children been increased? I'm having most of my offspring die very young, which while likely realistic makes it particularly difficult to survive starting out as a count with little or no family. :)

I just had to comment over the development of the mod since say 1.05 (when I started playing it early last year). The mod is GORGEOUS and I commend Idib, Solo and the makers of the SWMH map for working so hard on what I feel is the most creative overhaul mod for CK2. I took a break from the game and mod around the time that Idib did as well and returned and started playing CK2+ until the mod could be updated amongst all the expansions and patches that were released. Now it feels like an entirely new game in its current form, and I'm sure it will evolve into something more with the release of the Old Gods soon.

Great work, everyone involved. Some things are well worth the wait, and let me just say, opening up the mod after months away seems like coming home. Cheers! :)

One thing I currently am torn between liking and disliking is how heirs can have horrible stats or stats that don't correspond with the guardian,(I sent my son to get tutored by a fortune builder, when my son came of age he had 6 stewardship but 13 diplomacy.)

Has the game freezing up been solved yet?

I don't get freezing, if that helps. On the other hand I get persistent crashes from the 1130's on. So it's not really fully playable to some of us, which is a shame as its by far the best mod for CKII.

I think the solution would be to delete the files in the prince and the thane folder in the my documents/pI/crusader kings ii folder. not the mod folder, the one that stores your settings.

Apparently a river flows between Nikaea and Hazart (which are 2 provinces that are very far apart). Mapbug I guess?

Yeah probably, you should post it in the SWMH thread.

Is there any change to the decadence system?

Nothing major that I remember of.

Hey, can you form empires in this? When I click dejure empires, it only shows HRE and ere

Only Byzantium and HRE were the existing empires of that time, so the others like Iberia etc are formable as "Titular Empires" (which is why they don't appear on that mapmode as titular titles don't have de jure posessions). They all have very similar requirements as they did as "De Jure Empires". Unfortunately you cannot see the requirements for titular titles in the game until you already meet the requirements, but the titular titles file in the "prince and the than/common" folder is fairly easy to read even if you have no coding knowledge.
