I'm fairly certain that they do. (Edit just tested: Confirmed that all vassal respect laws are set back to none upon resuming a saved game)
I'm not really quite sure why it affects the slavic/romuva pagans though, as they did not worship odin... it's also sort of frustrating to be limited to either gavelkind or elective monarchy, although I suppose that might have been realistic considering the tribal state of the pagans.
Also extremely importantly, the maker of the Norse mod has a few errors in his CA.
Sparse CA is supposed to allow you to revoke infidel titles, but the revocation of any title in general is not allowed until high CA. If you read the descriptions, the intention was that you could revoke infidel titles at sparse CA, but are not supposed to be able to revoke titles from vassals that follow the true faith until high CA. This just does occur however as the way this was implemented was "infidel title revocation allowed" is at sparse/low CA, but revocation in general is allowed at high. What this does it make you unable to revoke any title, infidel or no, until high CA.
Also high CA grants Levy min Vassal, but Absolute does not. Meaning you lose the levy min vassal if you increase your CA. Admittedly I haven't gotten my CA there myself, but I assume this was how it will work. Which is most likely not WAD. Perhaps high CA is not meant to grant any min vassal levy as opinions grant true amounts of vassal levies due to granting a bonus to min as well as a penalty to max, (like +35% min -65% max, meaning you'll always get 35%)
I'd recommend you get rid of this integrated mod until it's in better working order. But hey, whatever floats your boat (or viking raiding ship, as the case may be).
Edit 3: The large feudal tax -30 appears to still be in play. ;/ As well as a +5 for autonomous vassals. The -30 feudal tax is only applicable to a duchy (and I'd assume a county.) Once you from a kingdom, you get access to changing the feudal vassal taxes and the penalty is no longer applied. The automatic changing of your respect laws counts as a law change, and put on the law change timer, which prevents you from changing your feudal taxation law often times.
Edit 4: I've noticed a few nations get 2 stacks of "defensive war," in addition to "defending the status quo" which is probably a bug. The HRE appeared to gain 2 stacks when embroiled in a massive amount of wars of independence, and the ERE was able to get 2 stacks of defensive war and defending the status quo while only in 1 defensive war against a vassal in a war to depose liege and 1 offensive war. Haven't been able to pinpoint exactly what causes this bug, sorry.
Edit 5: Just an interesting thing to note, with the Romuva/Slavic split, the slavic pagans are almost completed removed from the rest of paganland to their east, as there is a different religion (Slavic vs Romuva), and culture group (West Slavic vs Baltic). Not really a problem though, and I enjoy being able to eat Poland
Edit 6: Swearing fealty to a liege (or at least the HRE) destroys all a pagan's warrior cults. Probably WAD though, as it really prevents a pagan from simply joining the HRE just to eat it from the inside.
Really though, don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the mod!
