Cool. Care to elaborate on what you did, just for curiosity's sake?
I just moved the king's peace one step forward.

This is the most promising mod I've found so far. There are some immersion killing bugs still remaining though such as:
1. Exalted Among Men ambition is not working. I've started at 150 prestiege and gotten up north of 1,400 without being awarded the event multiple times.
2. When it states the peasants are revolting, revolting peasants do not actually appear on the map or siege any holdings.
3. Events state I have the "Early Bank Sponsor" trait, but it's not listed anywhere as a trait of mine.

Enemy must have mercs they reinforce anywhere. In the siege I have never had the percentage go up without an event???Sieges are definetely not working properly. When I siege a holding, sometimes the percentage done jumps back 10% without any explanation. That is even without the overly abundant siege events. Result is that I've been sieging like a punk, but the holding is... holding.
Also, sometimes enemy troops besieging or marching through my territory suddenly grow in size. Wth? Reinforcements, where from?
Another thing I noticed: I suddenly lose money out of nowhere, went from about 96 to -61g without explanation.
Are there any map changes planned for the next (or future) versions? I know there are a few other map mods out there, like the ones modifying Britain/Ireland used in the Celtic mod.
great idea!idib816,
In an attempt to make it possible to grant vassals independence without having to surrender to them in an independence war (useful when you inherit vassals you really don't want at the other side of the known world), I have integrated CK2+'s "character decision" section on the diplomacy screen with The Prince and the Thane. In this the "Award Honorary Title" option has been renamed "Decisions" and can be used to give and revoke minor titles, grant independence and legitimize bastards. Although I haven't done so myself it could potentially be expanded to include more character decisions.
I did this for my own personal use so have not asked Wiz for permission. If you would be interested in integrating this into your mod as well it's not difficult to do and adds an interesting, if minor, feature. If so I would gladly send you the files (though as said it's not difficult to do from scratch either) but leave it to you to get in touch with Wiz.

While im not certain, I would assume that they invaded because they were hired but then whoever was holding the purse strings became unable to pay their upkeepDecided to give this mod a try after the 200 hours I've put into CKII Plus. It is a nice change. However I noticed some things that I didn't know if it were bugs or not?
Mercanaries were invading countries.. I had some horsemen of the Vine invade Gwynned and the Lombard Band invade Powys for no real apparent reason. When the Lombard Band successfully conquered Powys, the title was destroyed and the holdings just because part of the Lombard Band.
Also the unit pathfinding seems some what lacking, the AI doesn't really tend to attack enemy armies either.
The casus belli "capture plotter" is broken as well.
Sorry if this has been reported before.
All in all, even despite these few bugs I saw, a great time spent in CKII.

Because it arose much later, partially driven by the religious split between the two. This could be it really. Will try and keep my eye on that.
Another thing, is there a reason why "Vlaams" or "Flemish" isn't a culture?
The term Flemish existed from well before 1297, during the game's time-period, so technically it should be in. But that's also more of a vanilla issue perhaps.Because it arose much later, partially driven by the religious split between the two.
A term yes, it originally referred to thing pertaining or related to Flanders, not just a language/culture. I notice it arises during the boom in the textile industry. Plus Dutch is already small enough as is.The term Flemish existed from 1297 on, during the game's time-period, so technically it should be in. But that's also more of a vanilla issue perhaps.
