I thinkn the originally quoted poster is slightly correct, though, I'm not even seeing the province modifiers when the event pops up. Sad, I wanted to send my non-working personal guard out to clean up the streets.
By the way, a few bugs to report:
This one's pretty self explanatory, was murdered while fabricating claims in ANY_ALL province? No, it was Benevito!
This one requires a bit of background. My previous ruler was Catholic and established Ecclesiastic Autonomy, which was granted (yay for buckets of money!). Now, though, shouldn't the events adjust to the fact that I'm Orthodox? I'm sure the Pope is still concerned about it, but would he react to my Orthodoxy by revoking the Autonomy or perhaps treating it in a different manner? I'm guessing my Orthodox ruler wouldn't be too concerned about this, as she'd be more interested in converting her people to the truth faith than dealing with the Catholic Pope for just about anything.
EDIT: Also, the title of Primate has a localization problem, it shows up as
itle_primate, whoops, looks like a small missed key there.
EDIT #2:
Another localization problem, this time for a dynasty name.
