[MOD] The Prince and the Thane - 1.092 Only

I have a question.
Can I play this in Window mode?
I tried to search how but I cant find the setting.txt so I am asking this question.

Look in (default path) "C:\Users\[user name]\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\" and the folder will either be named "TPtT Portraits_The Prince and the Thane" or simply "The Prince and the Thane." Then adjust your settings.txt. Most important setting is changing fullscreen=yes to fullscreen=no. If you're having resolution issues, change the x= and y= settings under size=.

Ok uploading now this is the closest save I have with the ctd. I play as the Danish King and should be in a holy war against Norway (I am Norse) let some months go where you click on various Swedish Counties including the ones I have already taken and the ctd should occur it does not always but try a couple of times.. as this is my first time using mediafire let me know if this is not the right link http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?iwyq3r9iln8q2qw

your using the additional objectives mod are there any other mods your using with it as im not getting any ctd and ive clicked on every county and sub holding in sweden

evil mod as well but that one should not cause any problems. As I said it does not happen every time so try reloading a couple of times and if not I am just unlucky then.

and after using that mod and loading a save game first attempt ctd so it looks like there's a conflict between the two

ok I will dump the Evil mod then was not using it any more anyway. Just funny since the evil mod doesnt have any thing in common with P&T.

yep try without to see if it stops ctd as i just tried again with the evil mod and got another ctd on the second attempt

Hey guys I'm on vacation at the moment, I'll get back to all of you as soon as I can. Next version is coming along well, I'm working on the portraits right now, just added a horned helmet to the norses and a barbute to the germans.

No seriously there was no such thing as horned helmets for norses. Only in a few rituals, and maybe in a few depictions of the Ases gods but that's a huge cliché to think that norses would wear those.

I second that(although a couple of horned is okay(most of the horned stuff(mostly drawings) that has been found is from a pre norse period), just as long that it dosn't get to common) the big majority of norse should wear helmets resembling the saxons(a sutton hoo style might be pushing it, but apart from that there wasn't really a big difference)

No horned helmet for Norse. To include a horned helm is so anachronistic that equipping them with a crash helmet is more accurate time wise.

As long as there are no horns yes. same goes for lurs (Curved trumpets) horned helmets and Lurs are from the bronze age 1800-1100 bc so equipping a Viking with a sax and a crash-helmet is closer in time.

Still get ctd without the evil mod and always when clicking provinces in Sweden. it is not every time I click a province but it does happen every other year or so. it is still the same save though last time it happened it was in peace time.

And it happens regardless of the province? what about outside Sweden do you get ctd there?(im finishing the new version right now so if there is somthing map related it would be nice if I could correct it now..)

only Swedish provinces cause this so far and mostly the one above Småland Østergotland or something like that.
Edit I have had it happen in just about any province in Sweden though.

If its ostergotland that fits with the bishopery of linköbing(but the whole province is vanilla:unsure
