Mod that adds more provinces?

Hi, i'm looking for a mod like project parabellum and voltaire's nightmare, a mod that adds more provinces to europe.

The problem with project parabellum is that it adds provinces in the balkans (and i'm looking for more provinces in the center of europe, germanic europe) and voltaire's nightmare deletes the rest of the world (only hre)

I tried to look for an alternative but i couln't find one...

I'd like to plug my mod but it only adds like two provinces to the Balkans right now since I haven't got round to it yet, ah well.

I really like their map but they change too many things , too complicated and too lag for weak PC.
I hope someone made separate their map mod without other stuff .

Beyond Typus

Map only (plus new nations). Add-ons that do anything from; more straits, more Byzantine flavor, balance changes, map colour changes, country name changes.

This means you can do anything from 'vanilla+' to 'total overhaul'.

Being updated constantly as more areas of the world get touched up.

99% historical where possible. Things like relative power of nations and development balanced so no nation is more or less OP than in vanilla (bar a few minor examples like a slightly buffed Novgorod).

It runs on my horrible 4 year old laptop as good as Vanilla does
