Do keep in mind, I'm not even close to knowledgeable to the language and I've only learned bits and pieces of Serbian here and there. That said, with regards to Buržuj, Buržoazija, Kuća and Bojar, what would you suggest?
Actually, verification necessary, but they should be straight-up out of the game (not creatable as titular) if 'remove ahistorical empires' is selected AFAIK. Unless there's another vanilla bug IDK about. Custom empires w/ the Charlemagne DLC serves the purpose of, well, custom empires better.
Hmm. I agree that the custom empires work better and are more flexible, but iirc the AI will never form those? Wonder if that can be modded.
I'm happy with the AI creating fake empires as long as they're not de jure. Hmm.
Is the Duchy of Aragón supposed to be de jure part of Aquitaine in the 867 start? I don't recall this ever being the case before.
Have you made sure to make HIP a dependency in your moddir file?I'm currently working on a little submod for HIP, especially the SWMH map. However, while the cultures I've added (and their localisation) show up in the ruler designer, the changes I made to a number of files in history\provinces don't appear in the game. Do you have any idea how to overwrite SWMH's province files?
Its still vanilla names for a lot of the ERE since most hasn't been overhauled yet in the 2.54. King is overhauling it for the eastwards expansion so vanilla naming shouldn't be an issue when that hits. Why the names of some cities are called with the English name (e.g. Constantinople instead of Konstantinoupolis) ?
Obviously I have enabled the native localisation
That sounds weird to say the least:blink:.Hey guys I have a few questions. I´m quite new here so please excuse me if I ask something terribly obvious.
Another thing that is really bothering me is how the Croatian shoreline is depicted in this mod. I like to play as Croatia and everytime I see it I ask myself "How did they manage to get it that wrong?".
Short summary
Along the coast everything is a bit switched up.
Spalathos, or Split as it is later called is too much in the south.
What is called Diadora (later Zadar) should be Spalathos. (Just look up where the city of Split is IRL)
Senj should be Diadora
Veglia should be Senj
If you want to have Veglia then it needs to take away a piece of Istria (look at the map http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gespans...e-Gorski_kotar ) since it is historically quite small it can be droped altogether
What is now called Spalathos should be Omis or Republic of Poljica I suggest Omis because due to its pirates it had far more political influence. Afetr all they managed to get two crusades waged against them....
The cities inside those lands need to be adjusted too.
So in the end you would have from north to south:
Istria
Senj
Zadar
Split
Omis
Dubrovnik
I´m originally from Split, I speak Croatian and know much about the history of that region. How can I help to get the correct stuff into the game?
We will add the underlying mechanic since its used for other purposes, but the graphical snow effect won't be added unless EOOQE makes a version of it for NBRT+ the vanilla effect looks terrible. As I understand the winter mechanic isn´t added to this mod yet. What is the problem and will it be done sometime in the future.
That sounds weird to say the least:blink:.
Please post a screenshot of what you are getting in game, I can't for the world of me understand how you would end up with an ingame setup like you describe when using swmh.
This is what you should be getting with the current swmh turned on.

I guess your are right, will make a review of the the colors once the eastern expansion is in beta. Some nation colours should be changed (such as the one of the Almohad Empire) because are very similar between each other (The colour of Leon is almost the same)
Yay Khitan, he ought to be in for sure^^.Found this awesome guy http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buraq_Hajib, want to see him in new version. Which is my excuse to ask how things are going. I remember ETA was said to be announced in December.
Now you have me confused to no end..... Dafuq am I seeing in my game? Two possibilities, either I´m accidentally on a very old version or I accidentally installed another mod on top of this....
Either way, what I´m seeing in your screen looks perfect. I appologize for any inconvenience.
Thanks^^ Will be sure to ask, definatly got some question for characters in the Balkans. My offer still stands, If you need some help with research or something like that don´t be afraid to ask.
I´ll now reinstall my game and redownload the latest version.
Hehe no problem I just hope you get it running^^. I was a bit perplexed when I read your post

We just got to get the eastern expansion further before I can look at the Balkans again, we got a fairly large backlog of different projects that needs to get wrapped up first.

Frankly, I never know how to deal with this kind of dynasties' cultures. So now that we're going to have Uyghurs, are the Eretnids going to be Uyghur-cultured?
The Qutlugh Khanids were very interesting dynasty as a whole and researching their history was fun even though I don't really like the Mongol and post-Mongol period in Persia (that awful steep decline in almost every aspect of its society).Found this awesome guy http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buraq_Hajib, want to see him in new version.
