If the mod was based in the Knights of the Old Republic timeframe it would fit since in KotOR 2 the person claiming to be the new Mandalore implies that they don't really have much of a home anymore and just wander around as mercenaries and thugs at that point, or at least some of them do. Beyond that point? I'm not sure how well them being a nomadic government would fit

Well the only real home the Mandlorians have, is the planet Mandlore. But other than that, there are still many groups (Blackwatch, the protectors (Rebels season2, could be a different name thoug) That still go about, and wander (kinda). And I just meant a modified version of said goverment, so they could still be stationary (feudalish or tribalish) but they whould have a bloodfeud system, to form the houses (house Vizla, house Ordo, etc. etc.)

But if that is not good enough than Mandalorians beeing tribal is probably the best, for the simple reason that they'll get the prestige hit after not raiding or beeing at war after the certain amount of months.

I'm pretty sure prestige loss while at peace is tied to pagan religion, not tribal government. Certainly, there's nothing about it in common_governments, and I just loaded up as an Irish Catholic tribal and didn't seem to get it.

Personally I'd recommend not having tribal governments at all. They just don't seem suitable for a galactic scale thing.

I doubt Tribal and Nomadic governments would have any use except for colonization of uninhabited systems (tribal) and exploration to find and settle such systems (nomadic), the latter of which would in theory only work for any systems that would have been discovered after the start date of the mod.

With balance like vanilla CK, tribal government should be reserved for rather primitive civilizations - Ewoks, Gamorreans and so on, because it is just too restricting. but, looking at some other mods, governments could be tweaked quite a bit so i doubt there will be a problem.

Actually, there might be a problem considering Ewoks being in this would be.... difficult. Can you imagine having your fleets get wiped out by living teddy bears that probably haven't even discovered metalworking yet? :D

Isn't it obvious how they do it? They infiltrate the ship disguised as cute toys. Then when everyone sleeps, they slit their throats.

It says something about the Star Wars EU that I cannot actually be entirely sure whether or not you're serious.

I'm not XD, I used to have an app on my phone similar to my little tower (something called like it) called: my death star. You builded new floors wich could be different stuff, like a suite (where guest sleep), restaurants, toy shops, etc. There were many different types of each some were called: Holochess something (don't remember), Mon Qalamari aquarium, etc.

Wait so there's an aquarium filled with trapped Mon Calamari, guest suites for anyone who happens to visit the Death Star, restaurants where the finest Imperial food is served by top galactic chefs (at gunpoint) and toy shops where any kids ,who happen to be on the largest superweapon in the galaxy, can buy 100% real ewok corpse teddies. Is this the secret third Death Star tourist resort?
