Hi, I'm paying a game with the Klingons on the alternative map and even after 25 systems, I havent found a single planet that can be colonized ?? wad ?

and there is other strange stuff. i have two m1 terrestial planets and one is at 65 and one at 50 ??

bug: once a month I got the message that the Talaxian Empire has signed a non agression with the newest kazon sect, First mostral and then oglamar.

I get this a lot in Vanilla - saving and reloading seems to do the trick for me, does it help?


In memory of Ron Glass's recent death I found some time to add in the Kraylor as a minor species in the Delta Quadrant. Yes, the'll use cloaks. :)





Also, started drawing up the event chain for the Federation's mid-game events. Very much looking forward to writing a full blown Skorr Jihad series.

We don't support it really given how a lot of the techtree, station modules, starting positions and events all rely on certain empire flags being present. If you have a bit of modding knowledge though you could probably look in the prescripted countries file in the mod zip, tweak as you want and save it into your user generated empires file.

they dont appear every time?

There are quite a lot of possible pre-warp species (over twenty, last time I counted), and they're mostly (but not entirely) in the alpha/beta sector. They have a 50% chance of spawning each game, partly so they don't clutter up the space available (which can potentially severely limit expansion for Terran Federation), and partly to provide a bit of variety.

It's not out of the question that we may provide a map in which everything spawns, to give as close to a canon experience as possible.
