Do you have any plans of setting up a map based on Star Charts that's just the Alpha and Beta quadrants, where the various powers are already developed and spread out? Maybe with different starting points, so you can jump in during the TOS era, or perhaps on the eve of the Dominion War in DS9? ;)

It won't be compatible. Glavius' mod works by changing AI weights for all manner of buildings, modules, technologies, whatever. STNH adds new buildings and stuff, and I assume also gets rid of Vanilla ones. No chance of compatibility there.
