I am working on my first mod, and I want to change the parameters for Spirit Elemental and Arch Angel. I looked for these spells in the Resource Pack for spells (AoW_SpellTest), but could not find them. I though they would be in the Category Secret Spells, but did not see them. I do have both expansions so that is not the issue.

Where can I find these spells to mod them?

Thanks!

Take a look at the rpk files in the DLC directories instead of the Title one. There should be some in there that have those spell definitions.
