Is there a finished or mostly complete mod set in Antiquity? I don't like the look of Imperator Rome, and am a huge Roman History Buff. Pharaohs and Consuls has very little content and is of an old version. Ancient World has not been published, and Diabochic Kings (I think that's what it's called), is over 10 years old. This isn't complaining this is explaining why I can't use these mods. (I understand the fuedal system doesnt work but I want a character driven game) Thank you so much.

Although still needs updating for HF, WTWSMS is still going strong. Currently the earliest start date is 476,but they are planning to push it back a bit further.

Diadochi Kings and the last version is four years old for patch 2.4.2 or so..

Pharaos and Consuls appears to have an update in the works.

Western Europe 410-962 AD - The Winter King and Lux Invicta might be interesting for you.

Yeah, CK2 just had it's 7th birthday... no way are there mods for it that are 10 years old :p

There seem to be more antiquity mods for EU4, but I haven't checked in a good while now since I don't play it.

I'd say more specifically LI presents a world where the "ancient world" or at least its customs and beliefs are still alive and active, rather than being separate from the medieval world. You see this in the surviving cultures, religions, dynasties, and in some cases even political units (some of the empires of Alexander's time remain as small kingdoms). So while it's definitely a medieval alt-history mod, I'd agree that it scratches the classical itch.

So, are there any currently supported mods for Classical Antiquity to Crusader Kings 2? Because it kind of looks to me like there are no one still holding the banner high. :(
