What are you going to do with all that work on earlier bookmarks tho? don't just scrap it.

Maybe leave it in in a WIP state? a sort of Alpha?

Maybe use Github and see if anyone else wants to contribute. IDK tho

EDIT: If your really just DONE with it then maybe give it to the WTWSMS team?



Also don't nuke the thread lol. People may still want to play earlier releases on older versions of the game

I'm going to keep the bookmarks. They may be useful at some stage.

I've updated the steam version to the 2.4.5 beta and updated the direct download link in the OP accordingly. I've also cleaned up the OP a bit to reflect recent changes in the mod. I've asked the mods to nuke the thread apart from the OP, so we will continue from a clean slate after it has been done.

While I would have loved the mod to go wide, I think it's better that way. Maybe you could split modding by area, aka you for Rome, someone else for Persia, etc

I do quite like WTWSMS. But it is full of inaccuracies and gamey mechanics.

Could I also make the suggestion of making two mods?

Have one be the flavor and mechanics, similar to the original mod of old, and the have other be that AND the map changes and bookmarks. That way the first one would still be EU4 converter compatible.

I don't have time for two mods. I'm also going to re-add the bookmarks later on. They a lot of need work to add in properly.

To sort out the issue of Bohemia and the borders at the Danube, since the Kingdom of Bohemia did not cover the Duchy of Moravia, and there was such a thing as the Duchy of Znojmo, what I'm going to do is split the area into three kingdoms, each with a single duchy underneath them. You'll have Bohemia, Moravia, and finally Znojmo, which will have a second province in the form of Ostmark.

Ok, I am unbanned now and can comment, I am splitting off and going to work on my fantasy mod and make flavor packs for religions that will be apart of this and released separately.

On the bookmarks, I learned a lot while trying to make them, but in the end i learned i really screwed it up badly and dont know how to fix it. I asked Loup if i could help out with wtwsms a bit to fix some stuff or if they dont want it in the main build I might make a sub mod for it.

So, in the end I'm still quasily working on this mod, but more of in a support fashion and focusing on religion work and not on making or bug fixing mechanics. I hope to have a release for Zoroastrianism in a week or so.

I'll probably restart the Monotheism Rising mod page. I'm open to doing bookmarks again in the future, but not for a while and probably for an earlier era.
