Not sure if I should post this here or in another forum, but it might be something to consider. For Michael III Amorios, it's been thought that Leo and Stephen Makedon were actually Michael's sons. I've been fiddling around with the greek character file to try and make it so that, in TOG bookmark, Leo is the son of Michael and Eudokia Ingerina, while in the Macedonian dynasty bookmark, Leo is Basil's son. Here's the setup I used to try and make it work:
1702 = {
name="Leon"
# AKA: Leo
dynasty=8642
religion="orthodox"
culture="greek"
trait="born_in_the_purple2"
trait="scholar"
trait="proud"
trait="arbitrary"
trait="scholarly_theologian"
father=70490
mother=1761
866.9.29={
birth="866.9.29"
}
867.9.24={
dynasty=644
father=1700
}
906.1.9={
add_spouse=1703
}
912.5.1={
death="912.5.1"
}
}
When that happened, in TOG bookmark, Leo shows up as Eudokia Ingerina's son and as part of the Amorios dynasty, but not as Michael's son. Any thoughts or should I just leave it be?
