Has anyone else experienced any problems when utilizing either Bolts 1.02b mod or Fed's Total War mod? I downloaded these yesterday, followed the directions, (or at least I'm pretty sure I did) and when I attempt to run the specific scenario, the game hangs up and an error message comes up saying "Database Mismatch". I wasn't sure if I should post this here or on the technical problems log. But if anyone can be of help, I'd appreciate it. I'm at work now so I have all the time in the world to respond.
"Database Mismatch" means you did not install them correctly.
There should be NO problems installing either mod. They are compatible. So you must have placed a file in the wrong folder.
My suggestion: look inside the game's "scenarios" folder. You should see included there, these two folders:
"Fed Total War" and "fed1939"
Do you see them?
If not, that is the cause of your error with my mod.
Total War has its own start command called "Fed Total War". Both this file and "fed1939" go inside the game's "scenarios" folder. You play Total War by clicking on "Fed Total War" in the scenario selection screen.
