Adds a succession law that permits you, the ruler, to simply select an arbitrary member of your dynasty to inherit your stuff.
For balance reasons, everyone hates you (except if you turn it off by game rule):
- -40(!) from your oldest child
- -30 from your other children
- -20 from vassals and other dynasty members

No.

Most likely, yes! Some features may break if the laws they check for are changed; in that case, use the game rules to disregard those laws.

None, with patch 3.0's new moddable elective succession.
