Sorry for the long delay to all the people interested in the project, but it's exam season and something had to take the backseat [Wow this intro is relevant again].
Still, we are finally here with a new one.
Britannia, Rule the Waves
After the Event, the British Isles have seen a great deal of transformations. The followers of the faith of Old Thelema, before a minority, raised slowly in power, thanks to a fall in the old beliefs and the conquest of Britain at the ends of the semi-legendary Emperor Arthur Crowtemple. Meanwhile, the population too saw a change, with Welsh speaking people gaining an unheard of population advantage over the English speakers. Thus, the British Language was born, a form of English heavily influenced by the Welsh way of writing and talking. And under the rule of the Lord Protectors, Britannia has expanded, first to the Scots and Irish, and then to the mainland, taking over the disorganized French.

Lord Protector, King and Goverwrs
There is and will always be only one ruler of Britannia, the immortal Queen. But, until she decides it is time to come back to her throne, it is the Lord Protector that has to hold it for her. And house Cyflymarian, whose current leader is Lord Protector Frederick II, has proven more than capable, expanding the rule of Her Immortal Majesty from Faroya to Thouars.
Under him are three rulers that help him to govern his vast lands: the King of Scotland and the Goverwrs of Ireland and Brittany.
The King of Scotland is an oddity, for he is the only ruler of such rank that has the right of bearing the title of King, and the only ruler of this rank that is not British, but Scottish. The Scots have fought a long battle for their lands, and it was only through marriage that their relation was pacified. This, neither King William Wallace nor the Lord Protectors have forgotten.
The Irish fought as dearly, if not more, but the death in combat of their last king in the Battle of Dublin left them fractured, and the British conquered the island. When the Irish-Scottish Rebellion failed, the kingdom fell once and for all. House Russel was made their Governwr, an hated family that constantly has to fight revolts great and small. Governwr John Russel is the current holder of the crown of Ireland, but the lords he rules are far from loyal.
Brittany became the first point where the British landed. When the Redcoats were sighted, a fierce battle ensued, but ultimately a pointless one, because at this point the might of Britannia was far superior to that of Numenor. Above them, was crowned House Spatstone (Which if you have ever played on the East Coast in AtE around the time of the Redcoat invasion, you should know well). In little more than a century, most of Northern France has fallen, with only the Bonaparte of Pas de Calais, once Emperors, still holding their fierce independence.
Royal Blood and Poets of Old
Many British dukes serve under the Lord Protector, powerful believers of the Thelemic faith.
Two of them claim to descend from royal families of times long gone: Henry Tudor of Gloukestyr and George Windsor of Norffumberland both consider themselves next in line to the throne, but both are far weaker than the Lord Protector. But perhaps one of those men will see the crown on their house head, like they claim it was before the Event.
On the opposite, Duke Michael of Ioork and Duke Richard of Laupwll claim to descend not from great kings, but from great composers. Older than most lords in the known world, those famous poets are well respected by their Lord and their vassals, who claim similar descent from their trusted companions.
Great women and new faces
If the Dukes of old England are so powerful, the Duchesses are no less. Duchess Margaret of Lincoln is a strong willed woman, that from the family of her father, house Newton, inherited a fascination for the mystic world. Meanwhile, Duchess Boudica Nelson is one of the greatest naval and land commanders of the Empire, and many say she will soon be granted the title of commander, the first woman to do so since the Event.
However, not every family claims to come from great men before the event. Duke Spike Edney is from an ancient Thelema family, and Duke Tristan Flamank, while bearing an ancient name, has no known claim on the family, instead boasting to descend from an hero from times long gone. More importantly, Duke Tristan is a Westlander, a separate culture from the British, and a believer of the Summer Queen, a Thelemic faith born in Cornwall that is only relatively close to the faith of the rest of Britain.
The men once known as Welsh, and the lord of Mann
If there is a country that has gained influence from the Event, that is Welsh. The dukes of Wales are powerful and respected, for it is said they were the first to influence the English language and culture and guide it to become the British culture of today. Be it Duke Rolls-Royce, Duke Montgomery or Duke Squires, the men of old Wales are influential lords with great power over the politics of Britannia. Only Duke Lawrence stubbornly holds on the ancient ways of the Old Welsh.
Meanwhile, still isolated after so many years, the Lord of Mann bent the knee, but still follow only a man of their own. Lord Illiam Gibb is a known commander, but is rarely seen outside of his dominion, and calls himself High Chief instead of Duke.
There are many more rulers to see in Britannia, both under the various governwrs or counts that have not been given a spot due to space. But we will leave them for the future. For now, know that the Empire may appear united, but in truth has many faiths in it's territory.
