[Mod] National Emblem Pack

Ok I dont even care about the swastika-hammer+sickle -stuff anymore. The Finnish lion is all I need now. Didnt realise it was included when I skimmed through the icons earlier. <3

As your map pack is damn great looking, I thought I try and ask you about some of the details here. I want to inject a few symbols I already have on-hand, but I 'only' have Photoshop CS6 on hand and never worked with DDS files. I'm also not sure about the dimensions I need to go for. (And what the "small" and "map" versions are used for.)

Would you mind posting a short "how to" tutorial here (or as its own thread)?
I think I also need to add a modified localization file, but that one I can extrapolate from your mod.

Actually I'd greatly appreciate that. I added icons for CK2 but never created my own so any how to's would be handy.

Fixed the issue where having multiple emblem packs would mess with category names.
Added the following emblems:

Dutch Lion
Emblem of East Germany
Emblem of Mongolia
Emblem of North Korea
Twin Keys of The Papal States
Polish Eagle
Cross of Portugal
Imperial Russian Eagle
Coat of Arms of the United Kingdom

Twin Keys of The Papal States

Coat of Arms of the United Kingdom
