This is my first attempt at a MINOR modification of Darkest hour which, if i decide to further expand upon it, will attempt to add music and speeches to various nations on various events/decisions.

Just patch the file over your DH Full under C:/games/darkest hour/ mods/ Darkest hour Full

It wont change the cheksum at all but if you wish to be able to uninstall just copy your DH full file and paste it over that one instead

Wrong file structure. Files from X/db should be placed in X/db/events.

Will there be American, British and French variants? Any for other majors? Or even Allies, Axis music ideas?

As long as every other version has the same as the last, it doesn't really make sense to have all of them. If you take an audio file out, then you should leave that up for download.
