Just to put the notice here, I am still working on this. I think it is nearly ready for version 1.0 but I still haven't sorted the text box size issue yet.

Yeah.

Full game from 769 - 1444, Kamarupa -> Bengal -> India, with minimal intervention outside the subcontinent:

This was using all my mods, but only Multicultural World affects culture spread.

I don't believe any non-meltingpot or non-steppe culture has disappeared. The usual victims like Kurdish, Armenian and Georgian still exist. Castillian still exists in Iberia.

Bedouin has spread rather too much for my liking because for some reason it didn't break up. Khazar is very prolific because Khazar Muslims somehow inherited control of the Byzantine Empire, though I don't see that as a big problem since the real-life Turks were even more successful at assimilating the Byzantine Empire. Norse has spread rather prolifically as well.

Not yet. The current version is still more of a WiP itself and getting an Arabic culture breakup to work is proving very tricky. Understand that testing this mod really requires playing for hundreds of years, and that's slow going with work and things. The current playthrough I'm on is still on the pre-MnM patch.

Also, can this be integrated into HIP?

That would be on the end of the HIP team to sort out, and they haven't expressed any interest so far.
