Due to issues arising with the game arising from the nomadic government type, we decided to make the Easterling cultures back to feudal gov for now, until we can re-introduce them as nomadic with no issues.

This will fix the weird goings in and around Rhun and such for the next release later this week

Upon game start, some nomads would be occupying a wilderness province like it was a siege, and nomads would go crazy and fracture into nomadic OPM's ... short, it was a mess. This is most likely due to the old teams of the mod never using the historical_nomad = yes things with history and just giving nomadic gov type to easterling cultural group. Also, many instances of wrong gov type for nomadic vassals contributed to the mess as well.

They will be figured out eventually, but for now its much nicer than it was.

There were additions in the defines file, we just overhauled how we do defines. And plan always was a release today, just happened we figure it out quickly to be compatible with 3.1

Out of curiosity; are Trolls getting canned out of the mod? Was checking religion files and found that they didn't have any religion, or traits after installing the hotfix. Has it been this way for the past few versions? I can still see their potrait graphics.
