My report: the mod is great. The biggest "bugs" to be fixed are, I think:
- The portraits. Not that there are strange combinations: the problem is that I have a lot of orcs looking like men I my game, and a lot of them are married with land-lookings portraits (even if they have the correct culture, like orc).
- The war of the rings chain events. I played as Elrond and the Mordor was beaten so quickly that I only helped to win a war of Lorien invasion before it ended. Clearly a lot of work have been done on this, and it's a bit disappointing that it ends so fast. I could not even use the "influence the white council" decision because it disappeared so quickly. I don't know what can be done as in the books the War of the Rings is not 100 years long, but perhaps in the game, it shoulg be a bit longer (monthes -> years, perhaps).

- For the "human" orcs portraits, it's because we switch some characters who appears with the Maiar, Wraith or Istari culture in orcs one, to don't have an army of Istari or Maiar ingame. I'm searching a way to resolve the portraits bugs, but maybe only with a reload of the savegame, it could be good. For the "land-lookings" portraits, it's a strange bug, it only show the background, but not the portrait itself... Im searching why.

- Well, that's what we did, more or less. The War of the Ring happens in one year in the books, and it's really too quick. Now, it takes around 5-6 years, and even if it's again really quick, it's hard to be more i believe. But Blood will maybe look at it, and maybe could we make some events in this chain for Eriador too, that's right.

Have you guys thought about making the really, really major events (like the Destruction of the One Ring event where Sauron dies) into narrative events, which have larger event windows?
Also, what do you think about making special events when a great city of the Free Peoples falls to evil, like the "Mongols sack X" events?

Can there be another download location, the link doesn't work for me any more and i still can't fix my bug.

Another posted had the same problem. You're installing it in the wrong directory. Look back to the other posts, the correct path is C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod or just \Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod - you do not place the mod in the Crusader Kings 2\mod directory.

As for all the other gameplay comments, we're reading them and taking action as needed. Like we said, this is an early beta, there will be bugs/issues. Hopefully the most game-breaking ones will be fixed in the first update :)

As for the colonize wilderness decision, can you post a screenshot? I'm 99% sure it works for Galadriel. You have a wilderness province in your realm? Or are you talking about the casus belli to ATTACK a wilderness province - because that, while visible, is disabled for elves...

Is there a way to acquire Eregion while playing as Elrond? I'd really like to reclaim it for the Noldors.

I've done it several times via sending my chancellor off to fabricate claims. If he has high enough skill, it doesn't take more than 3-4 years per province.

I just hope no pesky human beats me to the colonization of those places, since then there wouldn't be a way to displace them.

Awesome mod! But one question though: why are Elves so fertile? In my game they still get two or four children in a span of 20 years. And they(offspring) die off after 40 years naturally, or disease.

Elven women have a random chance of becoming infertile with each child, so half of them will only have 1 child (I think it's 50% infertility chance per child). So it's hardly fertile - they have their children while they are young, then become infertile, and after that it's over. I don't think it's accurate to say that most, or even a significant number, die after 40 years from disease... that's not my experience at least. But if its a general issue, we ll look into it of course :)

Eventually I'll make a displacement event, don't worry :D But no, for some odd reason, Dunlendings don't go into Eregion, even though they have the wilderness CB to do so - at least, not in my last few playthroughs.

I don't want anyone to say that the dark forces are underpowered...
In my first game as Aragorn, Galadriel stole the ring (which went great for Lothlorien), but eventually the rest of the Free Peoples were defeated once Gondor fell victim to a series of internal wars.
In my second game as Aragorn, the ring was destroyed but Isengard annexed all of Rohan, Mirkwood was completely overrun and Dale belonged to Rhun.
For my third game I might just keep the damn ring and use it go kill a lot of orcs!
