Thanks. What numbering should I follow for province numbers? What are the last numbers used?
From 1577 up to 14139 all IDs are available, since we're not going to add Umbra Spherae's East Asia ( I hope )

Good, then I'll get to work. But please, give me some brakes on how many new provinces can I add! I may get crazy!
I consider Africa is in dire need of a lot new provinces, but I'd add some 4-5 in every major European region (Italy, France, Britain, Spain, etc). Your call, of course.
I would put the limit at 10, but I guess that this will not be enough for some zones. Let's put the soft cap at 10 and the hard cap at 15.
10 new provinces in all the map? That's not gonna do it for Africa alone... but as you wish.
I meant 10 or 15 per zone. But yeah, let's also put the total cap at 1900 or so, like SWMH.
A couple things have been bothering me.
Slavery. Currently emperors and vassal kings can have opposing slavery laws. I propose that vassal kings lose access to slavery laws, but factions can form to change slavery laws.
Vassal mercenaries and factions. I propose that vassal mercenaries lose membership access to most factions, but become the main source of rebellious generals a la Imperial Revamp.
Oh, one more thing. Gender succession laws. What do you think of being able to change gender laws only one step toward enatic or agnatic, rather than the current state of being able to jump to any gender law? Possibly also putting in more religion restrictions. And factions to change gender laws.

*sigh*![]()
even the RNG gods are trolling with me (and/or demanding I get back here). there goes ~100 hours worth of playtime. I guess I really should get back to CK2 then
yep, beta patch. that killed all the appeal EUIV had for me at the moment X_XBeta patch I suppose ?
My BBB game was stopped by this too(and with it my brilliant client states and this gorgeous Rhine border)
a random question, why were culture localisations reverted to vanilla names? the ones Darkgamma made before (as can be seen in the screenshots in the first page) certainly felt more immersive (if a bit confounding ^_^) , so I'm curious if there was a reason why it was reverted (if it wasn't accidental, that is).
also, has there been any decision lately what should be the rubric to ID which cultures or realms should be classified as "tribal" (in terms of CM holdings, as the "tribal"/pagan religions are a different matter as well and are not necessarily "tribal")

I get the feeling that debate is familiar (ie. I've read it, but forgot all about the details) :laugh:There was quite a debate one day, and within the night nearly all cultures were reverted. I'd be for an optionnal module which would kept the old ones. I prefer the new names for they are more clear when you begin a game, but in some cases I feel like the clarification went too far (Romanus -> Roman being one of the examples)
There was some discussion, but no decision made. My feeling is that desert, steppe, much of sub-Saharan Africa and Arctic areas should start tribal... harsh climate and/or distant from centers of civilization.
